This villa is treasure of our property. The river view through coconut grove with the island in the background and with the famous Chapora fort on the opposite corner is a spectacular view
Size of Villa is about 650 Sq. Ft and is designed with open-concept living area is very bright and spacious , a Porch with Mangalorean roofed tiles with wooden rafters facing the view and bedroom with French window and en-suite bathroom.
The interior is warm with teak furniture. Large enough space to setup your work desk at any place comfortably. Room is equipped with dresser, wardrobe and television.
You spend the entire day with all sort of activities right from early morning workout or yoga on the open air deck to fishing from the deck to partying or just sipping some wine while enjoying the view. We can arrange for necessary items for barbecue on advance and special request. While the river absolutely safe and clean, its your wish whether you want to fish or go for boating (On Special Request) just be a part of nature.
While our lush green garden contains different varieties of palms and plantations of arecanuts and a thick lawn covering the space in front of your villa.
Also we have a proper kitchen with all basic vessels and amenities including a refrigerator, a induction top, RO+ water purifier, toaster, microwave and all basic utensils like pressure cooker, pots and pans.
Also our bathroom is attached to bedroom. Also we have a caretaker on our property who is available 24x7.
