The complex itself is very peaceful but the superb night life, bars and restaurants can be experienced through only a 5 minute walk to the famous 'Baga Rd'. Walking in the opposite direction, the Calangute cross roads are reached within 10 minutes, a very good starting point for viewing the shops along the Calangute Beach Rd. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, and has a "new feel". The pool is superbly maintained and is for the exclusive use of apartment owners and guests. The property is very secure. Should any maintenance issues arise, then we rely upon our excellent agent, Sarah Blower of “Abracasa”, herself based locally to the accommodation. Bars, restaurants, and indeed a launderette are all very close by. The property includes A/C cable TV, fridge/freezer, cooking hobs and utensils.
