Dreams Hostel is a Backpackers hostel located in the heart of north Goa. The hostel aims to create a welcoming atmosphere for backpackers to experience the essence of Goa. We have created an atmosphere of fun, relaxation, creativity and adventure for your stay, whether you want to discover music, play games, read a book, create art or meet fellow backpackers and create memories.
This backpacker community Hostel is set in a traditional house redesigned as a Garden Hostel with airconditioned dorm rooms and private rooms to fit the budget of every traveler. This backpackers hostel includes a rustic common area, garden with hammocks, fast Wi-Fi, free filtered water, secure lockers and 24 hour security. Our staff are always available to provide guidance on things to do in the area like the flea markets, restaurants, nightlife and beautiful beaches.
Dreams Hostel Policies, Terms and Conditions :-
*Please note this is a Specialty Accommodation. This is a Backpackers Hostel and not a regular Hotel and not a Co-working space.
.**Please make sure to leave your contact number and arrival time when making this booking. In case we cannot contact you, the booking may not be guaranteed.
*1. Check-in Time: After 14:00 / Check-out Time: Before 11:00. Check-in is only available between 14:00 to 22:00. We do not allow check-in after 22:00. Please inform us your arrival time in advance. We will reserve your booking until 18:00 only if arrival time is not notified and post 18:00 we will release your booking. Breakfast not included.
*2. 100% Pre-payment to be made to property 5 days (120 hours) before check-in date. The property will pre-authorize your card for total amount at the time of booking. The full payment will be charged to your card within 5 days (120 hours) before check in date or an email will be sent to make full payment via bank transfer. Free cancellation or change of booking is available up to 5 days before the check-in date. For bookings cancelled between 5 days to 48 hours before check-in time, the property will charge 50%of the total amount due and for bookings cancelled between with 48 hours of check-in time the property will charge 100% of the total amount as cancellation fees. For bookings between December 20th to 5th January, 100 % full payment to be paid 30 days before check-in date. Post full payment the booking would stand confirmed at the property. Free cancellation or change of booking between these dates is available only up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. For No-show 100% of total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
*3. Taxes not included. Goods & Services Tax(GST) is applicable : Up to INR 7500 per night = 12% and above INR 7501 per night = 18%.
*4. All international guests are required to provide valid passport to check-in and Indian guests are required to provide government approved ID to check-in.
*5. We are a hostel for solo backpackers and we do not encourage group bookings. Maximum number of people allowed in a group booking is 3 and will be strictly followed at check-in. Please do not make two or more bookings separately as a group to avoid this policy. Such group bookings will be cancelled and refund will not be provided. For any queries on this please email the property directly.
*6. Age Restriction : We do not allow guests below the age of 18 and above the age of 38 at the hostel.
*7. Lockers are provided for each guest, so please carry your own lock. Hostel management is not responsible for the personal belongings and valuables of the guests for which lockers are provided.
*8. Outside Food & Drinks not allowed in the property. Outside Visitors not allowed inside the property. Smoking, drinking and eating not allowed inside all rooms.
*9. We have two friendly rescued dogs as pets in the hostel. Please book only if you are comfortable with pets.
*10. We do not provide parking space. Parking available for 2 wheeler vehicles only, outside the hostel at your own risk
*11. We are not a party hostel. We maintain a chill out atmosphere in the hostel. Silent Hours are maintained at the hostel from 11PM to 9AM. We request all guests to follow and respect this policy and be considerate to our guest's sleep and our neighborhood.
*12. We reserve the right to admission.
