☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 6 en-suite bathrooms with Private Swimming+ Pool Table + Badminton/Basketball court + Carrom board + Little tikes Play house + Elephant shower + Archery. Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed.
☆ Villa has 3 king-size beds & 9 single beds (one room has 3 single beds). ON REQUEST, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

Party Room -The new RETRO PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals (ideal for those instagrammable moments) and bespoke lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
The Chef will take all cooking orders (Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking) and will ensure all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am, Lunch is from 12pm to 2pm and Dinner from is 8pm to 10pm. Chef will only do the cooking and may be accompanied by a helper based on the size of your group. After 10pm overtime charges to be paid to the chef directly.
