新冷氣；新裝修廁所、新裝修廚房。熱水爐、抽氣扇、抽油煙機、木紋置頂櫥櫃、大儲物空間 （有洗衣機接駁位和雪櫃位，有需要可幫手添置）
安全：
臨近港灣豪庭商場，安全小社區。有街閘。鎖匙經過3度閘門才到家內
衛生：
一層樓梯，樓梯清潔衛生，沒有垃圾或異味，鄰居會自己掃。
附近多好野食：
3條大街、2個商場，食肆林立，中日韓台港美意泰星，由高級餐廳/商場食肆，到茶餐廳/外賣店/粥店，價錢30-60上下
買野應有盡有：
5分鐘距離 - 7仔/惠康/百佳/佳寶/洗衣店/雜貨店/菜檔
隔離鄰舍：
非常友善的夫婦、年輕女子、四人家庭，有時我會分享食物
