THIS APPLIES TO THE GUEST AND THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS. If we see that there is smoking outside or inside of the property, a MANAGER will arrive on the property site WITHIN 45 minutes and immediately have all guests vacate the premises! There will be a charge filed with Airbnb, VRBO, or whatever channel guest used, if the house smells like smoke from any kind of cigarette, cigar, vape, etc.

CLEANLINESS OF HOUSE AND PROPERTY: The house and property should be LEFT EXACTLY HOW THE GUEST ENTERED THE PROPERTY ON THEIR FIRST DAY. EXAMPLE: There should be no food, sauce, or drinks on the counters, tables, floors, bedroom areas, furniture, bathrooms or around lanai outdoor kitchen or anywhere around the outside or inside of the property.
Guests are expected to clean up any crumbs, spills, candy wrappers, sauces, drinks etc., to make the house look like it did when they first entered the property. A vacuum is available at the property for guest to use and tidy up from day to day.
Kids should not be allowed to draw on the windows, sliding glass doors, bathroom glass, walls, floors etc., with their fingers, crayons, or any other objects as this will create an extra cleaning fee for window cleaners.
No glass should be brought outside to lanai area or outdoor kitchen area. The swimming pool will be inspected for broken glass or other hazardous objects and fees will be assessed to the guest if any of these broken objects are found outside in the pool or around the lanai area.
