Summary: Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!
