If you require an extra bed, you must notify the property before your arrival, children aged 16 years and below are not allowed to use the gym and sauna room, the sauna in alfa fitness club is closed from 06:00–00:00 on mondays for maintenance, all hotel facilities will be closed for monthly maintenance on the first monday of each month, in accordance with local regulations in taiwan, starting from january 1, 2025, the property will no longer provide disposable or single-use amenities, from monday, december 15 to friday, december 19, 2025, all alfa club facilities — including the fitness center, multi-purpose group exercise room, men's and women's saunas, indoor heated swimming pool, and massage services — will be temporarily closed for scheduled annual maintenance. please refer to the notice at the club for any adjustments to the schedule.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
