Positive: Very attentive, happy & helpful staff throughout the whole hotel but the reception staff went above & beyond to help us with a critical passport situation. Lovey, clean rooms with amazing views. Good food served in the restaurant & lovely breakfast with lots of choice. A little outside Shimla but easy to get taxis. Nice chill out area with snooker table on the top floor.

Negative: Wet room can make the floor slippy - I would recommend getting a room with a shower cubicle. We visited in low season so the rooftop restaurant/bar wasn’t open but the main restaurant is more than adequate.

Summary: Excellent stay - would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
