Positive: Instructions were fine but the young person that sit behind the service desk in the lobby are the worst attitude and rude. When asking a question, they were on their phone and doesn't even look up to reply back to questions about cleaning and checking in and out of the rooms. These people are your front for your business and their lack of professionalism will make other customers give a bad review.

Negative: Lobby service desk staff - Very rude and unprofessional. Was on the phone and didn't even respond to questions about our stay
