Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I've stayed here with my family for 3 days 1 night. The owner is very responsive & has proper check-in procedure. The staff, Encik Ali was very helpful & easy to contact for the access card collection & return, especially when i need to check out early to the airport. I'm grateful for the smooth & excellent services. Definitely will stay here again for our next trip to Bintulu. Thank you very much owner & staff for the wonderful stay experience!

Negative: Maybe can add in more facilities like proper utensils of kitchenware & proper water filter if possible. We tried to connect to the tv on wifi last time but didn't make it well. I hope the owner can upgrade on those stuffs. Extra toto mattress & pillows might be useful too especially for guests with family or friends since only have 1 queen bed. (^__^) Overall, great!
