Summary: I am really happy with the sevices provided by the Grand Empire Patna. I would specially like to mention Mr. Sabbir for his warm welcome given to us. We were too touched about how he made us use the lift and he climbed the stairs, to maintain social distancing and then escorted us to our room. Really happy to know about the safety measures taken by the hotel and fascinated to know about the stories associated with the hotel, he told us about. Further, the breakfast was too too much delicious and the choices are very much. Anyways would surely be back for such a beautiful experience Service 5.0 Location 5.0 Rooms 5.0 I had a nice photo, and I will post it on my social media account.Love you Grand Empire
