Summary: I stayed at the Fountain Inn for one month while I was researching in Mumbai, and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel is situated in a nice location in Fort. There are several attractions within walking distance, and a bunch of local shops (general store, pharmacy, stationary, etc.) and restaurants right on the same street as the hotel. You don’t have to travel too far out the front door to get basically anything you need. While I appreciate the location, the hotel staff is really why I enjoyed my stay to the degree I did. The supervisor, Altomash, is a friendly and thoughtful individual. He always kept the cleanliness of my room a 10/10, and anticipated what I needed (towels, coffee, etc.) so I didn’t have to ask. The two men at the front desk, Faisal and Anas, are also super affable and helpful. There were never any issues getting room service, a taxi, etc. Anas is definitely good, and the whole staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the Fountain Inn, and will certainly be staying there on my return trips to Mumbai.
