Summary: The first room that I was assigned to had terrible cigarette smell. I asked for a different room and I was given a new room. However , when it was time for me and my family to go to bed, we realized the pillows smelled the body odor of the precious occupants. I saw hairs everywhere on the bed and under the blanket. But we were too tired after the long day of hiking and trekking , and we ended up covering the beds with towels instead to cover up tvr odor. The next morning, when I checked out from the hotel , I informed the front desk personnel about the issue. Although the hotel is spacious and looks clean overall, I am surprised that the housekeepers don’t change the blankets and pillows for new guests. I would not recommend this place, considering I paid over 400 USD for one night stay.
