Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Rooms are clean and have a great view over the nearest forest. Towels and toiletries are provided. The only thing is that drinking water is not supplied, but maybe tap water is safe, we don’t know, didn’t ask. And no tea/coffee provided as in many hotels. Hot springs are in the same building and also convenience store is there, it’s very useful We were there in October, there were minimum number of people, it was like a ghost hotel:) To get to juwangsan national park you can catch a free bus nearby. To get to the hotel we used a taxi from Bunam (buses do exist, but like 3 times a day). To get out we used a bus to Cheongsong, timetable is kakaomaps was accurate.

Negative: Breakfast is expensive (70000 Korean won paid for 2 people), although it’s various and have a good quality food. Also for hot springs usage you need to pay on top, but it’s relatively inexpensive (32000 for 2 people). Hotel stuff is welcoming, although there is a bit of communication problem if you’re an English speaker.
