Positive: This was not my first time staying here. I love the hotel, the food, the staff, the location, everything. The chef was accommodating and would make my omelette exactly how I liked it. The staff are very polite, friendly and respectful. Service is always top-notch, and we always have a great time staying here: beautiful views, convenient facilities and an all-around lovely place to stay.

Negative: The room temperature sometimes. The weather was starting to get wintry... however, I'm British, and what is cold for you may be just right for me. Not being able to control the temperature was a little frustrating, and there was one day that it was just unbearably hot. Although they were quick to provide us with a fan, the room was too hot for us, and we had no windows we could open. So I think if they could maybe have the rooms not too hot, even if people are complaining of being a little cold. They can provide them with extra blankets, or they should wear extra layers, because when it's too hot, you don't really have any options for a remedy. The fan only blows the hot air around...

Summary: A wonderful stay overall, with excellent service — though the room temperature was at times too warm
