Summary: The room and environment are quite nice, and the hotel is very close to the beach, which is convenient. However, we did not realize that swimming in the sea is not allowed in this area because of strong undercurrents. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is important information for guests to know. What was unexpected and disappointing was the lack of professionalism among the hotel staff. From this and other details, it appears that the overall management of the hotel is fairly average and does not meet the expectations of a Sheraton brand.
