Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a good size for three of us. The location is great. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, just past the most hectic part of Shibuya. I think the price was a value. Would definitely stay here again. I received check-in instructions in advance of my arrival, so that was no issue as others had experienced. However I didn't get a response when I asked in advance if a slightly earlier check-in would be possible. This didn't end up being an issue with flight delays, but it doesn't seem like the owners are active in responding to custom queries.
