It is my fully furnished ground floor studio apartment in beautiful green unpolluted surroundings in upscale Alipore in South Kolkata near French, Italian and Russian Consulates. It has two bedrooms, one dining room, one kitchen, one bathroom and one storage area .It is provided with all amenities such as cooking gas connection, stove and cylinders, flat screen satellite color TV with remote and Tata Sky set top box, large hot water geyser, refrigerator ,washing machine, steel wardrobes, acquaguard water purifier and independent electric meter. Parking area and lawn is in front. The premises has its own security guard and cook / maid who live in attached quarters. It is near markets,banks ,schools,hospitals, post office,police station,law court ,national library, parks, horticultural garden,metro station,railway station,auto,bus and taxi stands.
I stay upstairs in the same premises with my family, so am available around the clock to offer personalised care and attention to my guests while offering them complete privacy in their self contained unit.
