Positive: Position, big garden, pool, intimacy

Negative: The house has a huge potential. For now there are a lot of old, almost not working appliances. No AC, but would have done fine with the ceiling fans, if it worked. For now, I think it is a little priced up for what you get, but with some small investing can be a very good option.
