Positive: Clean, comfortable room and nice breakfast and snacks provided. Parking was close by and free.

Negative: A bit of a rocky welcome, the host was upset that we were 1 hour late from our check-in time and annoyed that we didn't know to take our shoes off as soon as we opened the door to the hotel. Would recommend communicating with her your exact time of arrival as I think she commutes to let guests in, and wear the provided slippers on the front step.
