Positive: ➡️ “The kitchen staff were extremely responsive. They didn’t have cappuccino, but the whole staff immediately helped and made it.. The breakfast was also quite varied, and a European guest could easily feel satisfied.

Negative: We had a hard time at the airport and couldn’t find the shuttle bus at all. Then we asked one of the staff members to call the hotel, and after some time they called back and sent a car for us. So without your call, no one will meet you — I messaged them three times and no one replied.
