Positive: This hotel is very convenient to the Luodong Night Market and the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Great budget hotel with all the essentials. The walls were thick and blocked out most of the noise. I know this because I stepped out of the room in the morning to get breakfast and heard someone in one of the next rooms snoring loudly, but when I went back into my room, I couldn't hear anything. Super quiet. Highly recommended hotel.

Negative: The owner needs to find a way to let guests come and go between 1am and 7am. Perhaps consider installing a key card style door or a door with a code unique to each guest. There is a way to maintain a hotel's security without having to trap people in for 6 hours a day.
