Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Newly refurbished, very comfortable, reception was great. Public bath was lovely, esp at sunrise.

Negative: Dinner time was absolute mayhem. The food was tasty enough but they needed way more waiters. Everyone except the manager was running around trying to get all the dishes out. In fact the night we had a suit on the floor the restaurant was less busy but the waiters were way more stressed out and forgot to serve our sukiyaki/nabe.

Summary: Rooms were great, restaurant needs improvement
