We live on the ground floor of the villa (Assagaon)with our dogs & guests are hosted in a private 2 bhk apartment on the 1st flr with a private entrance.
Centrally located with either side beaches in 5 kms odd.

2 apartments for guests on the 1st floor .

It will be a private pool for 2 apartment guests only as only each apartment guests allowed at a time plus I hv only 2 apartments so timings never clash.
Doing this from years so never an issue n if u book the slot wth me in advance I inform the other guest n they wont use it .

pool timings are from 10 am to 10 pm.Check in 4 pm and check out 11 am .

Each apartment has a small living room plus 2 bedrooms plus a kitchen plus 2 bathrooms n 2 balconies.
Each living room with a sofa set ,TV, tatasky n a small centre table.
Each bedroom has an ac,1 double bed with side tables and lamp.A small cupboard and a mirror too.
Kitchen has an induction or a gas stove ( only either ) crockery,refrigerator, toaster,microwave, kettle ,rice cooker .
Glasses,cups,plates,spoons ,bowls and cutlery etc are also at ur disposal.
Bathrooms have a shower n a commode.Shampoo,conditioner, shower gel and hand soap bar are also kept on arrival and not replenished . cleaning alternate day except sun but with no linen change
