Summary:
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel during my stay in Chennai. First, they do not have any dining facilities, so if you arrive late, don’t expect to find food—you’ll need to order from Zomato.
Second, the facilities were in terrible condition. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and the shower area had broken tiles and walls, which was unexpected.
The staff behavior at the reception was also unprofessional. I needed to take a printout for my visa interview, and I was initially told that it would be chargeable—which I was fine with. However, they first quoted Rs. 7–9 per page, which is significantly higher than the usual Rs. 2–3 per page. After some discussion, they finally charged Rs. 5 per page, but the lack of transparency in pricing was frustrating.
Overall, this hotel was not worth the price, and I would not recommend it, especially for travelers expecting decent service and amenities.

Summary: The stay was highly disappointing. The absence of a water heater was blamed on rain disrupting their solar power system—a poor excuse for failing to provide such a basic necessity. There were no towels, no TV, and the room was unclean, with hair scattered around even before we entered, despite their claims of it being cleaned. While the location might be convenient, heavy rains cause severe flooding, making the experience even worse. Definitely not recommended unless you have no other option.
