Positive: The room was set up beautifully - a lot of thought had gone into the presentation and everything was very new and clean. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, the seat with a view down over the town and to the sea was a perfect spot to sit and admire the view, the beds were very comfortable, the tea provided was very nice, and the wooden details throughout the room and the shared entrance area were beautiful. Much of Jiufen has very narrow streets and stairs that taxis cannot navigate, but this accommodation was very convenient as an taxi can drop you off on the road at the top of the hill less than a minute's walk away.
