Summary: Very poor customer service and communication was absurd! Not courteous at all and it’s very clear that they are not bothered about non citizens- sad indeed . No lunch either , only a buffet which was finished when I got to the hotel. And they could not even offer small meals regardless. Awful indeed . Not everyone likes a buffet !!
