Positive: Great location close to lively Beijing Road. Generous with bottled water. Practical family room layout with separate room. Spacious with cool air‑con, working washer, and ample hangers to dry in room.

Negative: Towels stained and worn. Crumbs in hallway. Hair on bathroom floor. No cutlery in kitchenette. Outdoor aircon nook with clothesline not clean.
