Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room was clean and large. The A/C worked great. There was a balcony, although the view wasn't that spectacular...but can't blame the hotel since we chose the location for our stay. Room had everything we needed.

Negative: Unfriendly staff at the front counter. The room I booked was for 2 beds and 1 futon. There was no futon. I asked about the futon and the lady at the front counter just says "NO." I explained that I booked the room because there was 2 beds and a futon and she just says "NO." I showed her the booking detail that specifically says 1 twin bed, 1 full bed and 1 futon bed. She replies, with "I don't know why Booking still shows that information. It's not correct. If you want a blanket, we can give you one but it's $10,000 won." In addition to the unfriendly counter lady, the beds were either old or cheap and we could feel every spring that is in the bed. Unfortunately, the check-in was meh and we couldn't get a sound sleep at night. On top of all this, it wasn't a cheap place to stay at a $125/night. Not likely going to book here again, if we are ever in Yeosu again.
