Flat 9 tinggat is an old building that has been going through half a century. It is the tallest building in the 60s in Malacca and was once glorious. Even after many years, buildings within 50 meters are regulated heights cannot be higher than Flat 9 tinggat. When it's time to eat, you can smell the dense scent of rice.
