My place is a fully furnish studio type condo perfect for bachelors or couples. Laundry shop, small diner, and 7/11 store at the gate.
Temperature checks Vaccination card, and Valid IDs are required upon entering Anuva Condominium premises.
For Guests/Staycationers/Visitors, swimming pool access is from Tuesday-Sunday 12NN-10:00PM. Closed every Monday for maintenance.

1. The unit is a fully furnish studio unit located in Anuva Residences Condominium East Service Rd, Cupang, Muntinlupa.
2. Enjoy your stay in this relaxing and cozy studio unit condominium strategically located near the access point of Metro Manila. Skyway and SLEX Entry and Exit is just a few minutes away.
3. Guests will surely love our bed, sofa, and flatscreen TV with free Netflix for your movie marathon night.
4. Cooking is allowed! Our kitchen is equiped with frying pan, pots, ladle, chopping board, knife, Ref, induction cooker, rice cooker, bread toaster, electric kettle, dishwashing soap and sponge.
5. Pay parking is available. Free for the first 3 hours and Php20.00 for the succeding hours. Free parking is available for motorcycle (please inform us ahead of time for us to check the availablity of free parking)
6. After a busy day or week, enjoy and relax with our free access of the swimming pool, a view of the Laguna Bay and City Skyway view at the viewing deck located at the 14th Floor. Outdoor dining and playgorund.
House Rules
● Early Check in and/or Late Check out is subject for room availablity.
● Confirmed guests must provide Vaccination card and Valid IDs to be checked and submitted at the guardhouse. A copy of the guests valid IDs must also be submitted after booking is confirmed.
● Check-in instructions will be sent to you once booking is confirmed.
● For guests/staycationers/visitors swimming pool access is from Tuesday-Sunday 12NN-10:00PM. Close every Monday due to maintenance.
● Laundry shop is located below the building just beside 7/11 store.
● Every damaged or lost items will be charged
● Host will not be responsible for any damage or lost of personal belongings.
● Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Violators will be charged Php3,000.00. Smoking area is located at the ground floor open parking space in front of lobby entrance.
● Please be honest with your headcount. The unit will be prepared based on the confirmed number of guest stated on Airbnb.
● Guests that are not confirmed or doesn't have prior arrangements is not allowed to stay overnight. Please let us know if there will be additional headcount after you checked in.
