Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The owner dropped us to the station in the morning free of cost. So, kind of him.

Negative: The room has no AC as mentioned. The fridge was not working. Sofa was deformed. You can't smoke. There is no R.O. unit installed, but owner will provide you drinking water in bottles for free. There is no separate Wifi for guests, but they (owner) may provide you their personal Wifi whose strength is very weak at the 1st floor. Very minimal utensils were provided for the guests & they seemed decades old and used. Station is almost 1.3-1.4 Kms from the property. No markets near the place. Overall, owner's behaviour is good but with 2k bucks even in such off season, i.e. September, one is supposed to get these basic amenities. We stayed in North Goa at much cheaper price with all the afore-mentioned amenities during the same period and enjoyed.
