Villa Calangute Phase 3 and 4 offers elegance, peace and tranquility while at the same time entertainment for all. These neighbouring villas are a 10 minute walk from the famous Calangute Beach.The property comes fully furnished and is ideal for a family, group of friends or someone who wants to spoil themselves with ample space. Phase 3 and phase 4 are next door to each other and share the swimming pool, kids pool and games area.

☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 12 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 4 bathrooms between the 2 villas and a private swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another 3BHK villa (PHASE4). Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed.
☆ Villa has 2 queen-size beds & 4 King- size beds. The two king-size beds are made by joining two single beds and adding a 2-inch topper; if you like, we can take the topper off and the beds will revert to being two single beds.
☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
