Summary: Not impressed at all, considering they try and sell themselves as a luxurious place. When I arrived staff turned their nose up at me, I felt they thought I was in the wrong place with a backpack on me. Checking in was smooth, but didnt see the staff smile or even look at me. The room itself was okay, nice size and comfortable. No plug sockets near the bed which was annoying. I feel it needs abit of TLC generally, as some things are worn. There was also dirt in the bed side tables and the sheets had a tear in them. I also asked for late check out which I happily paid for, however halfway throughiut the day my card stopped working. I went down and they sorted it quickly but no apology and again seemed dismissive. Further to that, I later had housekeeping come into my room asking why I hadnt checked out. I dont know why the late check out wasnt communicated to them? Overall, Wouldnt recommend and not very impressed.
