Summary: Room generally good but surprised no hair dryer. View is great, unfortunately Cameron highlands has too much construction going on. Front desk personnel polite. Thank you. Restaurant staff will require more training for a 5 star hotel. Not attentive : -waiter does not stay in the big dinning area so hard to get some service - only serve dishes. No initiative to get extra plate / bowl when was obviously sharing - pizza served with no chilli flakes and tobasco sauce. In fact, has not heard of tobasco sauce. - Disappeared fast after food served.
