At 1.5 km from the sandy beach and with the Tramuntana mountains in the back, villa Malondra is close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the promenade. Puerto de Pollença is ideal for families with children, sportive people and nature lovers. In the centre, there are playgrounds, ice-cream shops and you can go on boat trips to Cap Formentor. In the Serra de Tramuntana there are endless cycling and hiking routes. The private chlorine pool, 9 x 5 meters and a depth between 0.6 and 1.9 meters, is undoubtedly the favourite place of all our guests. It is surrounded by a terrace with 6 hammocks, outdoor shower and a furnished porch with barbecue. At the front there is a nice garden where you can spread out your towel and sunbathe. Inside, the rooms are distributed in only one floor and 250 m2. In the first room with satellite TV and air conditioning the family meets and makes plans for the next day. The second room with a sofa, air conditioning and a dining area invites you to spend evenings with talks and laughter. All the chefs find a good equipment in the kitchen-dining room, including a glass-ceramic cooktop. In this villa, you can rest in 4 bedrooms with wardrobe, two with 2 single beds and 2 with a double bed, one of them with its own bathroom with bath and hairdryer. There is air conditioning in the 2 rooms with a double bed, while for the other 2 rooms with single beds there are fans. Two separate bathrooms with bathtub and hairdryer, a washing machine, iron/ironing board and a cot/chair on request complete the equipment of this property.
