This house is 1.5 km from Binissalem, famous for the production of Mallorcan wines. In the surrounding area there are many wine cellars and in the village you will find supermarkets, a petrol station and restaurants. In 20-25 minutes by car you will reach Palma de Mallorca, the island capital, where you can visit the Cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle and the picturesque old town. The northern beaches are 30 km away, including Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, with fine sand and shallow waters. A 10 minute drive takes you to Alaró, the starting point for the Castell d'Alaró hiking trail. The Tramuntana mountain range hides many cultural treasures such as Valldemossa, Sóller and the cove La Calobra.
The one-storey finca has an above-ground chlorine pool of 1.5 m2 and a depth of 1.8 metres. After cooling off, you can spread out your towel in the garden or choose one of the 4 sun loungers and sunbathe. Who prefers shade, will find 2 umbrellas there. At the front, there is a furnished porch that invites you to dine; why not a barbecue with friends and family? For your entertainment, there is a ping pong table and a net to play badminton. The plot of the finca is fenced and there is a covered parking space as well as 2 outdoor parking spaces.
After a day full of activities, it is wonderful to come home and relax on the sofa in the living room, watching a film on the satellite TV. Next is the kitchen, well equipped with gas hob, microwave, full kitchenware, Italian and capsule coffee machine, electric orange juicer, nespresso coffee machine, sandwich maker, kettle and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe invite you to dream, two of them with a 1.5 metre bed and one with a 1.35 metre bed. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board, fans, 1 bicycle with helmet, a baby bath and a cot/crib on request complete the equipment.
