Summary: Overall I enjoyed my stay. The big letdown was the jacuzzi suite did not have a functioning jacuzzi. The button to activate the whirlpool did not work and was missing. When we asked the hotel staff about it they just verified that the button was in fact missing. There is no opportunity to exchange the room nor any offer of compensation. That was the end of the conversation on that. The room could use additional hooks in bars to hang towels. I found it incredibly annoying there wasn't a dry place to hang the towel. The two computers in the room where a joke. Not only are they locked out. They are running a very dated Windows XP. They should be removed completely and just let people bring in laptops. I'm not sure what they are used for that still runs XP. I'm willing to give this hotel another chance hopefully my room will be better.
