These comfortable villas offer everything you need for a lovely family vacation. All Villas Amarillas have the same characteristics and are assigned on arrival. All villas have a private pool and garden; the terrace space can vary in shape and size depending on the plot. Inside they consist of a basic but comfortable and pleasant standard. Distributed in 2 duplex-type floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the villas have air conditioning.
This property rental is intended for families therefore the organizing of large parties and events is prohibited. We reserve the right to charge a security deposit of €150 per person. If your group is a group of young people under the age of 26, the security deposit will be required and it will be returned to you upon departure, after the conditions of the house have been checked. If during your stay there are any breakages or any damage caused, we would appreciate you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Also, we must take payment for the ecotax which is the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult and night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult and night).
