Positive: Location was good but as we know Menorca and Cala'n Porter well this was why we chose the villa. Good facilities, very clean and the mid-week towel replacement was great. Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms was a lovely. Easy street parking if you hire a car.

Negative: Being told we could access the villa earlier than 4pm would have been useful as we arrived on an early flight - the villa had been cleaned and was ready for use by 2.30pm. On departure, we were told we could not have a late checkout yet no cleaners arrived before 11am - we had left the car outside and checked the status of the villa (by looking over the hedge) when we collected it. The back of the fridge was badly frozen up and needed defrosting. There was no air conditioning in the lounge so you had to retreat to your bedroom to cool down. The table tennis table was unplayable.

Summary: Very roomy villa, good self-catering facilities, decent pool size, lots of space for all the family.
