Positive: it is a great size and it is wheel equipped. pool is gorgeous and it is in easy walking distance to a beautiful beach.

Negative: The mosquitos and ants were horrific and although not the fault of the house perhaps the grounds could be sprayed or something outside to reduce them in number.

Summary: the villa is beautiful and has everything a family or group could wish for.
