It is located two minutes walking to the quiet part of the beach, five minutes to the commercial area and natural arbor of Cala En Bosh with restaurants, shops, pubs, bars, car and bike rentals, and boating activities for the family, making your stay as comfortable as possible even without a car. Pharmacy and local doctor also available in the area. This is the perfect location for Family Holidays.
On the ground floor there are four double bedrooms (2 doubles, one ensuite and 2 twins), with air-conditioning, a family bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room.
A large entrance hall and staircase, leads to the first floor with sea views. The lounge and dining room overlook the bay of Son Xoriguer with doors leading to a sun terrace and a staircase to the garden below. A large luxury fully fitted kitchen was extended in 2009. The dining room overlooks the garden with French windows to the terraces. There is a cloakroom on the top landing. From the top terrace, there is a study and large storeroom.
The Garden boasts a fully operational and brand new Kitchen with a chillout area separated from the Villa, giving to the guest the possibility to enjoy nice outdoor meals under the stars, without the need to go back inside.Villa Carolina has oil-fired central heating, super-fast fibre optic internet, android smart Tv and satellite channels.
The immersive garden has terracing and a patio with a pergola and decking for the barbecue. The front drive has parking for two cars, and an entrance gate.
