The beautiful villa “Can Llucia'' is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood of the municipality of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, in the popular holiday destination Ibiza, and impresses guests with its stunning outdoor area and its elegant interiors decorated with African pieces and paintings by the owner. It consists of a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (2 with queensize beds, 3 with 2 single beds each), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room, the master bedroom and the communal areas), a fireplace and satellite and cable television. The absolute highlight of the property is its splendid outdoor area, which can be accessed from the bedrooms on the ground floor. Here you will find a lush garden full of autochthonous plants and trees, various furnished terraces (covered, uncovered), a balinese bed ideal to relax under the sun, a generous pool where you can take a dip on warm summer days and an outdoor kitchen area with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes. As the outdoor area is fully lit at night it is also the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine under the stars. Due to its excellent location you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia (300-800m, 4 to 10 minutes walking), and there is a mini golf course just 800m away (10 minutes walking). The closest beach, Playa es Pouet, can be reached after 13 minutes walking (1.1km). Here you can sunbathe on the sand, swim in the sea or stroll around the beautiful coast. As the house is located on San Antonio bay, Cala de Bou, where you can enjoy very beautiful sunsets, is not far (6 minutes driving, 2.3km). Some of the most beautiful beaches on the island are also close by, such as Cala Conta (15 minutes away by car, 9.5km) and Cala Bassa (13 minutes driving, 7.8km). The capital of the island, Ibiza, and its airport are just a 22-minute drive away (17.5km).
Street parking is available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. To ensure the safety of our guests there are an alarm and a fire alarm in the property. Garden maintenance is carried out 2 days a week, and pool maintenance is carried out one day a week. Possibility of extra cleaning upon request and at an additional cost.
