Positive: The location was excellent. I was able to walk to all the points of interest or take a short taxi ride. The area is full of entertainment offers and markets to buy your groceries. The apartment feels fresh and clean. The washing machine was of great use to me. Small but super well laid out. Very comfortable.

Negative: Though not a deal breaker, the building is very noisy, meaning you can hear some loud neighbors going up and down the stairs as if they were inside the apartment or them talking very loud. The apartment should be better equipped with cleaning tools and products to keep up things tidy during long stays (it doesn't matter if you are spending only a few days); provide garbage bags and clear instructions on how and when dispose of the garbage (again, only relevant for long stays).

Summary: Just perfect.
