Summary: The hotel is located in Juso which is just two stops from Umeda- Osaka station on the Hankyu line. The hotel is just a short walk from the station & there are many shops & restaurants & near-by. The hotel is newly renovated & everything is in great condition. The room is more spaceous than some standard Japanese hotel, we were lucky to have the room facing the river & Umeda Skyline. Staff were extremely helpful & most of them could speak English. I would like to give a special thank you to Kuka San for helping me send a parcel to Hokkaido. Kuka san was very friendly & helpful & assisted me in all the paper work for the delivery as I cannot speak or read Japanese. We highly recommend thís hotel to anyone who wish to visit Osaka & is looking for a quite to stay away from the busy area. The hotel serve tasty complementary breakfast.The only suggestion we have is that the maybe to replace the pillows as we found they were too low & soft.
