Positive: For the price, it's an absolute bargain. Our room had a lovely ocean view (see the photo), and everything was clean and comfortable. One of the standout features was the excellent community kitchen - fully equipped with just about every utensil and appliance you might need. Bring your own groceries and you’re set. The woman at the front desk (possibly the owner?) was wonderful. She spoke English, answered all our questions patiently, and really helped us get the most out of our trip. She offered great local recommendations and even helped us plan out a day itinerary, which made exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful, practical place with a quirky charm, this is a solid choice.

Negative: We stayed here in March, and while the hotel felt a bit unusual at first - very quiet, with a number of empty rooms - it actually added to the charm. It had a slightly surreal, almost cinematic atmosphere, like the setting for a quiet indie film. But once we settled in, it turned out to be a really great stay.
