Positive: Good location and very accessible to Hakata Station. The property has complete amenities, clean, and well-maintained. It has separate bathroom and toilet, and a washing machine and dryer. It is very spacious for 4 adults with luggages.

Summary: Nice place for our first time in Fukuoka. Definitely worth the money and will come back again.
