Summary: There isn't a receptionist but easy communication via WhatsApp. Room is in decent condition and was cleaned when requested and quickly. Fitness centre is advertised as included but actually requires a fee, I was told it was 21RM but when I went the fee was actually 45RM! Overall still a great value stay that I would happily repeat.
