Positive: where to start, this was a true overwhelming experience, the house was old school charm and architectural genius Japanese house but with the all the comfort of a newly build luxury house, the hot bath over looking the beach was breath taken, the house was pre heated for our comfort, the host was super friendly and kind, we felt secure and cared for all the way. Bonus story: our son of 5 forgot he Han hidden some toys in house which he only remembers when it was too late, the host was so so kind to send it to us in Tokyo... she went out of her way to make our boy very happy! would highly recommend this stay and experience!!! we will visit again next time in Japan for sure! can't say enough positive things about this place and the host.

Negative: We have absolutely nothing we did not like about the house nor the host!!! 6 stars to both! This has nothing to do with the house nor the host, but just a warning to those who come by car, the parking is convenient right by the house but is quite expensive if you take the car out a lot, if you let the car stay then its quite good value.
